Cancellation Policies

Air and ferry tickets
Every air/ferry company has its own cancellation policy which apply to respective tickets. Travel me to Milos can not affect these policies. Any cancellation/alteration penalty is according to these policies and is solely paid by the passenger.

In any case that a passenger wishes to change/cancel his air/ferry tickets he must aknowledge this to Travel me to Milos in writting (email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., fax: +302287041009), or else Travel me to Milos can not take this action.

The reservation of air/ferry tickets is provided for free from Travel me to Milos. After the tickets are issued the Travel me to Milos can change/cancel the ticket with the respective penalty fees as didected by the air/ferry company.

Additional to the cancellation penalties opposed by the air/ferry company there are service fees of Travel me to Milos, which are chargable as follows:
Air Tickets
Change or cancel of domestic flight: 10€ per ticket
Change or cancel of international flight: 10€ per ticket

Ferry tickets
Change or cancel: 5€ per ticket

In the case of cancellation of the ticket due to responsibility of the air/ferry company, the passenger is not charged with Travel me to Milos’ service fee.

Unless clearly stated in respecitve offer or accommodation verification the following cancellation policy is in place:

For the confirmation of the reservation a deposit of at least 20% of the respecitve accommodation cost is required.
For cancellation within 23 days prior to departure the deposit is returned except of a 5euros service fee per reservation.
50% penalty for cancellation 15 to 8 days prior to arrival
100% penalty for cancellation within 7days prior to arrival..
For no-show 100% of the accommodation cost must be paid.
For earlier departure 50% of the remaining reservation cost must be paid.
The cancellation is only made in writing (email or fax)
Any alteration on the check in dates after the verification is considered as cancellation and given policies will apply. Please note that in case of visiting dates change the accommodation owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and return the deposit.
